We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of City’s long-time member, and Captain, Bob Clark last night.

City vs Country 8-Ball Trials – City Teams
Trials for the City teams will be held at Q Masters, starting at 10:00 AM on the following dates:
• Sunday, 23rd March: A Grade and C Grade teams
• Sunday, 30th March: B Grade and Women’s teams
Eligibility Rules Please note some restrictions apply due to recent eligibility updates in the SQEBF bylaws:
• You MUST be available to compete at the event in Ipswich, running from 2nd to 5th May.
• Players who have already secured a spot in another team are ineligible to trial.
• Players must trial within their respective division:
o Division 1 → A Grade team
o Division 2 → B Grade team
o Division 3 → C Grade team
• Participants are required to have substantial stats from at least 1 year with any association.
If you’re unsure about your eligibility, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of the City 8-Ball Committee for clarification.

Just a heads-up that tonight’s Division 3 matches are still set to go ahead. Both Gaythorne and Q Masters are planning to open as usual.
